## Indie

- Pay-as-you-go: €0.20, excl. VAT, per started 1,000 extra events, from 10,000 to 100,000 events a month. Off by default.
- Most a month can cost: €27, excl. VAT (100,000 events)
- Cancel any time in the dashboard. The plan runs to the end of the paid month, then the account is on Free.

## What happens at the monthly limit

- Hard limit (default): ErrorHub stops accepting events at the limit. No extra spend.
- Budget limit: events keep flowing until the extra budget you set is used up. Then ErrorHub stops.
- Pay-as-you-go: every accepted event is stored and billed at €0.20 per started 1,000, up to 100,000 events a month.

An event that is refused at the limit gets the reply 429 with a code (quota_exceeded, budget_exhausted or
plan_ceiling_reached). It is not stored and not billed.

## Billable unit

One valid error occurrence accepted by the API is one event. An exception that fires 10,000 times is
10,000 events and one issue.

Never billed: rejected, invalid and unauthenticated requests, users, projects, dashboard views,
searches and API reads.

## VAT

Prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the rate of the customer's country. A business in another
EU country with a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT under the reverse charge rule.
