Who agrees with whom

ErrorHub is provided by Autrady EOOD, registered in the Bulgarian Commercial Register under UIC 206828616, VAT number BG206828616, registered office at Geo Milev St., bl. 83, fl. 14, apt. 67, 9009 Varna, Bulgaria ("we"). Contact: hello@errorhub.dev.

"You" are the person who creates an account, and the company or organisation you create it for. If you sign up for a company, you confirm that you may do so. People you invite use ErrorHub under your account and under these terms.

ErrorHub is made for businesses and professionals. You agree to these terms when you create an account or accept an invitation. The Data Processing Agreement is part of them. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle the data of your account.

What ErrorHub does

ErrorHub receives error events from your applications over an HTTP API, groups events that belong together into issues, shows them in a dashboard and alerts you when something is new or comes back. It does not collect logs, traces, metrics or session recordings.

We develop the service further. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you are paying for and that matters to how you use ErrorHub, we tell you at least 30 days before.

Your account

  • Give an email address you read. Messages about the account go there.
  • Every person has a login of their own. A login belongs to one account.
  • Keep passwords and server keys secret. If a key leaks, rotate it in the dashboard.
  • You answer for what happens in your account, including what the people you invited do.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else got into your account.

Plans and prices

Plan Price per month Events included per period Event history Users
Free €0 5,000 7 days 1
Indie €9, excl. VAT 10,000 30 days Unlimited
Scale Agreed with you Agreed with you Agreed with you Unlimited
  • An event is one error report that the API accepted and stored. Requests that are refused, invalid or not authenticated are never counted. Users, projects, dashboard use and API reads cost nothing.
  • A period is a calendar month (UTC) on the Free plan and your billing month on a paid plan.
  • Extra events on the Indie plan cost €0.20, excl. VAT, for every started 1,000 events above the 10,000 included. They are only accepted if you turned that on. The Indie plan ends at 100,000 events per period. Above that volume you need the Scale plan.
  • All prices exclude VAT. VAT is added at checkout at the rate of your country. Businesses in another EU member state with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse charge rule.

What happens at the limit

You choose one of three modes. The first one is the default and the only one on the Free plan.

  1. Stop. When the included events are used, the API refuses further events until the next period starts. Your bill does not change.
  2. Budget. Extra events are accepted until they cost the budget you set. Then the API refuses further events.
  3. Pay as you go. Extra events are accepted and billed up to the 100,000 events of the Indie plan.

A refused event gets the reply 429 with a code that says why. It is not stored and cannot be recovered later. We send the owner and the administrators of the account a message at 50%, 80% and 100% of the included events, if the server can send mail.

The API also limits how many requests one key may send per minute, to keep the service stable for everyone. Events above that rate are refused with 429 and the code rate_limited.

Paying

  • Payments are handled by Stripe. You pay by card or another method Stripe offers at checkout.
  • The Indie plan is paid monthly in advance. It renews every month until you cancel.
  • Extra events are billed after the period in which they were accepted, on the next invoice.
  • Invoices are issued by Autrady EOOD and sent to the billing email you gave at checkout.
  • If a payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days. If it keeps failing, the subscription ends and the account moves to the Free plan.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time in the dashboard under Settings. The paid plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. After that the account is on the Free plan: events older than 7 days are deleted and no new people can be invited. We do not refund periods that have started, except where the law requires it or where we ended the agreement without a reason on your side.

Price changes

We can change prices. For a plan you are paying for, we write to the owner of the account at least 30 days before the new price applies. If you do not agree, you cancel before that date and the old price applies until the end of your period.

Your data

  • The events you send and everything you create in ErrorHub stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to provide the service to you, and for nothing else.
  • You are responsible for what your applications send. Send only what you are allowed to send, and tell your own users about it where the law requires that.
  • Do not send passwords, payment card data, health data or other special categories of personal data. ErrorHub scrubs common secrets on the server, but that is a safety net and not a guarantee.
  • Events are deleted automatically after the event history of your plan. Issues, with their titles and counters, stay until you delete the project or close the account.
  • We can use counts that identify nobody, such as the number of events the service handles, to run and improve ErrorHub.

What you may not do

  • Use ErrorHub for anything unlawful, or send content you have no right to send.
  • Attack, overload or probe the service, or try to reach data of other accounts.
  • Get around limits, for example with several free accounts for the same applications.
  • Resell ErrorHub or offer it to others as your own service without a written agreement with us.
  • Use the API to store data that are not error reports.

If you find a security problem, write to hello@errorhub.dev. We will not take action against you for research done in good faith that touches no data of others and harms no one.

Availability and support

We work to keep ErrorHub available and your data safe, and we fix what breaks as fast as we can. We do not promise a level of availability on the Free and Indie plans. Maintenance can interrupt the service for a short time. Do not make the availability of your own application depend on ErrorHub: send events with a short timeout and carry on if the request fails.

Support is by email at hello@errorhub.dev, in English and Bulgarian, on working days in Bulgaria. We aim to answer within two working days.

Ending the agreement

  • You can close the account at any time in the dashboard under Settings. That deletes its projects, errors, keys and users at once. An account with a subscription that renews has to be cancelled first.
  • We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts the service or others at risk, or is not paid. Unless it is urgent, we write to you first and give you time to fix it.
  • We can close a Free account that received no events and had no sign-in for 12 months. We write to the owner 30 days before.
  • We can stop offering ErrorHub. In that case we give you at least 90 days notice and refund what you paid for the time after the end.

Liability

ErrorHub is a tool that helps you find errors. It does not replace testing, monitoring or backups of your own, and we do not promise that it reports every error.

  • We are liable without limit for damage we cause on purpose or through gross negligence, for death and injury, and wherever the law does not allow a limit.
  • In every other case our total liability for all claims in a year is limited to what you paid us for ErrorHub in the 12 months before the damage, and to €100 if you paid nothing.
  • We are not liable for lost profit, lost data that you could have kept with reasonable care, or other indirect damage.

If someone makes a claim against us because of what you sent to ErrorHub or how you used it against these terms, you hold us harmless.

Changes to these terms

We can change these terms. We write to the owner of every account at least 30 days before a change that matters takes effect. If you keep using ErrorHub after that date, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, you can close the account before it.

Law and disputes

Bulgarian law applies. The courts in Varna, Bulgaria, decide disputes. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protection of the law of the country you live in stays in place, and you can also turn to the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection, kzp.bg.

If a part of these terms turns out to be invalid, the rest stays in force.
